Hilton Garden Inn Kutahya

Good standard throughout. The staff is very nice and helpful. We appreciated the valet service for the car. The internet was excellent. The beds were comfortable.

The shower was disappointing but this is probably because of the water pressure.

Clean, good meal, location

Old furniture

The staff was very kind and helpful, in this hotel I felt like being on an island where everyone spoke English and I could communicate with people. The wifi and tv channels selection was very good. The breakfast was awesome. The location was good, Kütahya main attractions are in a walkable distance. Moreover, the bus terminal was 50 m across the street.

Nobody answers the messages sent from Booking app, I don't know why. This would have helped me a lot to plan my visit in a better way regarding car rental for example.

A very good hotel. As expected from Hilton. It is very close to downtown (5 min walk). We were alowed to park in front of the hotel for 1 night. We arrived late, an left early. The breakfest was very good and various.A very good choise for few nights in the city.

The hotel, located in a beautiful location in the city center, welcomed us warmly with its friendly staff during our stay. I would like to thank them.

Nothing to mention.

Breakfast, Fitness room, Clean and large room

Room was OK, restaurant and breakfast were fine, reception staff were welcoming and it had a parking garage

Our room was at the back, away from the main road but someone in the buildings behind the hotel was playing very loud music late that night.Maybe a club or bar?No fresh orange juice at breakfast.Quite expensive relative to other, slightly better, hotels we have used in Turkey.

The rooms are clean. The hotel is in the city center.

There is a Night club next to the Hotel. When I first asked to the reception when the music will stop, they said the music stops around at 00.30 a.m. or 01.00 a.m latest. I made the second call at 02.00 and they said "sorry but there is nothing we can do"..(They offered us a two bed room) and when I called and complained to them at 2.40 a.m they finally said that "there is a cancellation " (at 02.40 there is a cancellation!! not a "no show! ").., so, finally they agreed to move us to the other side of the building. we changed rooms at 03.00 a.m.!!!!!! We needed to wake up at 7 a.m. and I was so angry, and I could not sleep well afterwards. At the end it is not a 30, -USD Hotel that you could expect anything but at Hilton??if you are expecting a Hilton comfort that is not that Hotel. Any Hilton inspector would take their name away...

The localition was perfect in the city centre. The other good thing was the staff, they were very helpful, kind and always ready for what we needed.Room was big enough and I appreciate that it was water and iron.It was also really clean.

The things I didn't like was that the room keys often didn't work so we had to go to reception and ask for a new one. The other thing was that it was a liquid soap in the shower ao shampoo for hair and body l

Hilton always guarantees quality. Rooms clean, spacious, very comfortable huge bed. Breakfast great, staff very courteous. On the plus side, free parking. Recommended.

The staff was nice and ready always to help. Everything was clean and the room confortable.

Breakfast was fair but the breakfast offer must be improved!

staff are so nice & breakfast is good

need more attention in deep cleaning & defiantly need renovation

I really liked the breakfasts. Honey for breakfast is wonderful. The room is spacious and comfortable

You can give more water bottles by default. But the staff solves this problem

Very comfortable! The coffee machine could need a replacement and the fitness center some care, but other than these minor things Hilton in Kütahya is a gem.

very good location. good size clean rooms. nice view with AC.

Nice location

Bed Mattress is old and too soft it is not good for the back time to change them

Location, breakfast and staff

The smell of cigarettes in the room

The cleanliness, the breakfast, the staff politeness

Changing towels and other bathroom facilites every day is unneccessary and not eco-friendly

Great location in the city center, private parking, friendly staff. Highly recommended

The location and price were amazing. We also really enjoyed the breakfast.

I was a bit too hot in the room and also the beds weren’t all that comfortable but it was fine for one night.
